Marwan Abou-Guendia

Vice President, Real Estate and Strategy

Marwan Abou-Guendia joined FullG Capital in 2018, and has played an instrumental role in building FullG’s internal strategy, recruitment, and operations. With a specialization in hospitality assets, Marwan oversees acquisitions, investment underwriting/analytics, and debt financing processes for FullG’s pipeline and portfolio, in addition to supporting the asset management function.

Marwan began his career in marketing and communications as a strategist at Starcom MediaVest Group (Publicis Groupe). During this time, he worked with a wide range of hospitality, CPG, technology, and financial clients, including Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Research in Motion (BlackBerry).

Education/Industry Affiliations

Marwan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He has also earned a Certificate in Hotel Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
