Lawrence Kobesky

Lawrence comes to FullG Capital from Ballyhoo Hospitality where he led their wine and spirits group over a portfolio of 8 exciting outlets in greater Chicago. Before that, he was Director at Virgin Hotels and also has held leadership roles with the world-famous Gibsons restaurant group. Lawrence brings real-world experience detail from his roles as a Culinary Institute of America Chef, and Sommelier, along with a big vision evidenced by creating his restaurant concept, bringing it to life, stabilizing and then selling it. He spent two years in France working with outlets in the Michelin Star program. Lawrence will play an integral role in leading and strategizing all FullG properties’ food and beverage oversight.

Lawrence is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY, and is a current member of the Court of Master Sommeliers.
