Jeff Menard

Head of Equity Investments

Jeff is the Head of Equity Investments at FullG Capital Ltd. based in the United States.  He has nearly 20 years of real estate experience and has direct experience in acquisition, development, and asset management of over $2 billion of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining FullG Capital Ltd., Jeff was the Vice President of Acquisitions at Thor Equities, a private real estate investor based in New York City.  At Thor Equities, he was the senior acquisition executive responsible for office, life science, multifamily, and industrial acquisitions throughout the United States.

Prior to Thor Equities, Jeff was with Mitsui Fudosan America, the U.S. subsidiary of Japan’s largest publicly traded real estate developer. While with Mitsui Fudosan, Jeff served in various acquisition and asset management roles, ultimately relocating from New York to San Francisco to oversee the opening of the company’s first satellite office in the US. He has also worked in the commercial mortgage brokerage industry.

Education/Industry Affiliations

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University and a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Finance from the Schack School of Real Estate at New York University.  He is also an active full member of the Urban Land Institute and frequent guest speaker for multiple professional organizations.

Notable Transactions

Established Mitsui Fudosan America’s first satellite office and managed all west coast investment activity, including over 1,200 residential apartment units and 500,000 square feet of office.
Acquired a 76 acre life science campus in Research Triangle Park with 60,000 SF of existing R&D space and 300,000 SF of future development rights.
Acquired and asset managed office properties totaling over $1b in value in Austin, Nashville, Washington DC, New York City, and San Francisco.
