Dina Francis

Chief of Staff

Dina is responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer with the implementation of strategic initiatives at FullG Capital Ltd.

Dina has spent the last 20 years supporting C-Suite Executives across a variety of sectors and has developed a passion for change management, building relationships, corporate communications, and leading strategic projects.

Dina launched her career in the finance industry, at one of Canada’s leading big five banks and moved her way through various departments including investment banking and corporate debt research. Later, Dina found a passion in real estate where she supported a leading real estate team and simplified processes and procedures while expanding the team. More recently, Dina quarterbacked a variety of global projects while supporting multiple senior executives and their senior leadership teams as well as advisory boards. Dina is a culture warrior and enjoys spearheading HR initiatives, global event management as well as travel and expense management tools.
