Executive Vice President of Operations


Andrew Stegen works at FullG Capital in the role of Executive Vice President of Operations for the FullG portfolio and is based in the United States. Andrew brings over 40 years of Upper-upscale and luxury hospitality experience, having worked across North America at such iconic properties as the Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, Waldorf-Astoria Arizona Biltmore (Andrew was the GM for 6 years) as well as several resorts with Loews Hotels, Dolce Hotels, and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.

In addition to Andrew’s vast operations experience, he has been a champion of dozens of successful capital projects and renovations/new builds totaling more than $400 million. He has been awarded several accolades in the past, including Food and Beverage Director of the Year for the City of Quebec, Sales Hotel of the Year for Waldorf-Astoria, highest Guest satisfaction increase of the year for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, just to name a few.

Education/Industry Affiliations

Andrew graduated with a BA Poli Sci/History from Acadia University and is a native of Nova Scotia.

Andrew is actively involved in charitable work: Ryan’s House (hospice for terminally ill children), MVP Foundation of Arizona, David Johnson’s Mission 31, Von Miller’s “Von Vision Foundation”, and is a current Board member for the Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance (SAACA).

Andrew has served as Vice-President for Visit Tucson, was on the Board of Directors for Visit Colorado Springs, Visit Phoenix, and is a founding member of the Canada-Arizona Business Council (CABC). He has also served for 10 years on the Board of Directors for the Fiesta Bowl (one of the New Year’s six elite football games).
